The terms ‘Expert Cleaners’, ‘we’ & ‘us’ all refer to the expertcleaner.com DMCC. The term ‘you’ refers to the user viewing our website.

1- The content of this page discusses our company and the services we provide. We reserve the right to change or remove portions of this page at any time without notice.

Expert Cleaners is not liable for any failures to perform its obligations where it cannot do so as a direct result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including foreseeable mechanical, electrical, technical or communication failure.
5- All content within the website is owned by or licensed to us. This includes the pictures, design, appearance, structure and layout and all of the words and such. Reproduction is strictly forbidden other than written authorization from all of the contributors of this company.
6- You commit to not doing unauthorized, or unlawful use of the materials presented on this site.
7- You may find external links on this site that may lead you to other websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness, completeness or quality of any content, data, information, materials, goods, and availability of goods and/or services provided on these external links.
8- In case of any dispute & use of the website is governed by the local laws in the United Arab Emirates.
9- Expert cleaners make sure all appointments are handled properly. Once our cleaning experts execute the appointment, the fees paid to our cleaners/service providers are non-refundable (unless there is a deliberate violation from the company). Our pricing schemes could change at any time, so it is important that you check back often to keep up with the changes.
10- We reserve the right to change prices and fees in a period of time. We make sure to update them on our website 10 days before they take effect (This does not apply to temporary promotions).
11- We are here to give you the best cleaning experience, but Expert Cleaners cannot be held liable for the unlawful acts of cleaners, company, partners & users.
12- We at Expert Cleaners screen each cleaning agent candidate directly/indirectly via third-party background check services. However, users should always exercise common sense and caution, when it comes to protecting their safety, when engaging with any individual they do not have a working relationship with or don’t know personally. You agree to hold expert cleaners not responsible for any damages, missing things during or after the cleaning services.
13- We will charge you for your ultimate bookings as per the method mentioned in the website (a credit card or cash). If you decide to pay through your credit card then we may seek pre-authorisation of your credit card account prior to the purchase being finalized.
14- If you decide to pay by credit card, you, as the purchaser, must keep a copy of transaction records and our policies and terms.
15- You are responsible to keep your account information private and confidential.
16- In case of booking cancellation, you need to let us know in written format at xyz@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the chosen date. Please note that an admin fee of up to 100 AED may apply depending on the relevant circumstances.
17- Customers using the website who are aged under 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
18- Expert cleaners have a team of trained professionals, but in case of any damage done we hold the right to penalize the cleaning service staff or service provider partners. However, we won't be held liable or responsible for any damages that may occur on the client's possessions and/or personal property. Customers are requested to keep an eye on their belongings and other stuff.
19- If any arrangement of the Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, that arrangement shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Expert Cleaners may not assign, transfer or delegate the Terms & Conditions in part or in whole without consent.
20- Expert Cleaners will not trade with or provide any services to terror-sponsoring and sanctioned countries.
21- We will send messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email or notifications for the purposes of communicating with you about your appointments and to share promotional offers & updates
22- This website is a booking platform of Expert Cleaners that helps to connect service providers with their customers. We offer all kinds of services including but not limited to home cleaning, PCR tests at home, salon services, maintenance, car wash, laundry and dry cleaning, upholstery cleaning, disinfection services, pest control. We have relationships with trusted partners in the industry that are licensed by the relevant authorities.
23- For PCR test services, we use a third party service and data repository for personal healthcare information. Please note that we don’t store any personal data or information of our clients.
24- Any information related to user medical data is confidential and it is stored by the respective health-care facilities.
25- The medical facilities are responsible for delivering quality healthcare to users. They are responsible for storing personal medical information of users where needed.
